Using the Complaints Form

You can get support from the helpdesk by sending your complaint using the Online Complaint form. Please select your state, your local government and fill in your e-mail address.

Your mail will be sent to the appropriate officer in your district office. Please fill in a valid e-mail through which a response will be sent to you. It may take a while, but you will get a response from your district office.

Using the feedback system in your account

If you are an existing customer, please login to your account using your account number and password.

Click on 'Feedback' , simply fill the feedback form and click the send button. Your mail will be sent to the appropriate officer in your district. A response will be sent to your inbox (in your account).
